'Experiences shape who we are.
We all have something special, which can make us feel emotional.
Even though we have the same calendar, experiences make us unique.
The 26th of April is the most important and unforgettable day for me.
What's yours?'

‘I’m here for you’ is a commemoration of YEUNG Wai Ying, Fion’s grandfather. Using the‘paper clay’ method in ceramics, she puts the paper fibre of traditional calendar in clay to represent date. After firing, the paper was burnout, just like the days were gone. The work touches upon the life cycle of human. When people pass away, their stories remain in our
heart.
